B&B Charcoal is a second generation family owned business based in Texas and established in 1961.  We offer over 60 different products including lump, briquettes, pellets, cook wood logs, chunks, chips, fire starters, rubs and sauces.  All our items are species specific and 100% natural wood products.  We never use industrial scrap waste woods, never use any chemicals, flavor oils or mineral char.  B&B makes our products differently and it makes all the difference in the food you prepare.  The smoke from the charcoal/wood fuel bathes the food you cook and eat.  It matters what and where the wood is sourced.  All B&B wood is from family farmers who substantially source it from private farms so we can ensure only the highest quality is processed in to charcoal and wood products. The big charcoal companies don’t want to talk about what’s in their products, but B&B wants to shout it from the grill tops! Not all charcoal is created equal, quality matters.
