Ingredients
- Sweet bell peppers
- @jennieo Turkey taco meat (from @samsclub )
- Black beans
- Cheese
- @mezzetta jalapenos
- Authentic Taco from @freshjax
- Wood: @bbcharcoal w/ post oak
instructions
- Cook the meat and beans
- Slice the peppers in half
- Layer all ingredients
- Smoke on grill for about 45 mins.
